Because our scripted pitch works, if people listen and have thought about replacing their windows our pitch is enticing enough to get them to sit down for an hour and potentially buy tens of thousands worth of windows. The process works!

Jake Barnett - I’ve been with the company just over a year now and in the past 6 months i’ve done over $2,000,000 in sales. What I have loved about working here is I never have to stress about the company paying me or not. Because there is not a front end and back end check if we get a sale on Monday… We can expect to be paid in full that friday. This is the first door to door sales job ever. However, because of their training and system, as long as I work hard and stick to the script there’s no limits to the amount of money I can make here.

William Brown

 I did a summer of pest control sales out in Texas. I got burnt out quickly because I have a family back home in Utah. I had to go out of state to sell pest control and the hours were terrible. You’d wake up early in the morning, they would drop you off in some random neighborhood and pick you up later in the evening. 10 hour days were expected. Whereas, here at Performance, you’re able to work where you live, the hours are great! You work 5 hours a day 5 days a week. Also, the growth is exponentially quicker. Progressing from an appointment setter, to a closer, to a market owner and so on. Within 1-4 years you can be at the top of the chain depending on the effort you put in. What I love is there’s no kissing up to your boss; it solely depends on the effort you put in.

It seems to me they’re trying to target college age sales reps for seo. But something along those lines.
