Just got 5 new windows installed today. The installers showed up on time and had the old windows out, new windows in, and everything cleaned up and gone within 2 hours. They were fast and efficient! What i liked most is how friendly they were, they joked around with my 4 year old while they were working – she was so curious about what they were doing. The price was right, the service was perfect and windows looks great. I got the kind that open from the top and bottom. The long ones (shown in the pictures) have tempered glass at the bottom because they are close to the ground, and you can’t even tell! I intend to use them for any future window replacements.

The install crew was great! They worked clean, covering floors with plastic and carefully removing extra hardware. Moving like a well oiled machine, they had our old windows gone and new ones installed in a matter of hours. The insulating quality is obvious over the builder windows as our a/c has already recovered from having the house open all day. I am excited to see the difference in the electric bill. How long does the process take?
From your first quote to your final install, the whole process takes about 10–14 weeks. Here’s how it works:
- We measure your windows 1–3 weeks after you give us the green light.
- Then your custom windows are built.
- Once they arrive, our install team gets them in—usually in one day, maybe two for big jobs.
How do you compare to brands like Pella?
Our premium, energy-efficient windows are often a fraction of the cost of Pella and other brands. Why? You’re not paying for showroom overhead, just great windows and great service.
What are the potential downsides?
Replacement windows slightly reduce your visible glass area by an inch or two. But you’ll get back better insulation, quieter rooms, and a house that feels and looks better. The trade’s well worth it!
